OK so my husband has had 2 DUI in the last 7 years, well after he got Arrested tonight for dumpster diving i went to get the car and noticed 2 brown paper bags and a beer sitting the the drink holder. Well some times I ask him if has been drinking when he gets home because I think I smell it and he always tells me no and to quit accusing him of stuff. So my question is what do I do?? I mean shouldn't he have already learned to not drink and drive? It's getting really hard to trust him or believe anything he says.

he obviously has a drinking problem that he's trying to hide from you and himself either way you don't need that around your baby.

@momma_2_batbaby, I can't leave I have no where to go and no job or money to take care of all of us. @blanca_boo I tried to tell him he has a problem and he knows he does

@mdg8829, has he tried to get help for it addiction is definitely hard to over come.

@blanca_boo, he had mandatory AA meetings threw the court but never went. also he had to do DUI classes

@mdg8829, it seems like he doesn't really want help if he never went to those classes. you sure can't have your babies in that environment if he's drinking then coming home.

@blanca_boo, I totally agree, I don't mind him drinking if he is responsible and can still handle the task of a father. but I will never be OK with Drinking and driving.
