My husband and I recently started trying for a baby. I'm 24 y/o. Does anyone have any advice? I am already taking prenatal vitamins and a folic acid supplement. We are both super excited and don't really know where to start. Any advice helps!! Thanks!!
keeping a period diary helped us! took us about a year ! we had sex on the day of my ovulation 😊 I recommend downloading period dairy app
don't take it to serious I didn't get pregnant till we stopped trying. also, track your ovulation best you can! they have apps that help you! I didn't know the first thing about when I ovulated till I downloaded a fertility app!
