My paperwork said 4 weeks but I waited a lot longer just in case.

I took a shower 2-3 days after at the hospital then took am actually hot bath 1 week after. it was heavenly

I'm pretty sure (if my memory serves me right) 6 weeks

I doubt you'll even be able to sit that low to take a bath without being in pain until two weeks after. Everyone is different. but I could barely bend down with mine even now and I'm two weeks pp.
