go just to get checked, but if you had sex recently or had a cervical check or a pap smear you can see blood.. the doc at my last appointment did a pap smear and told me the cervix is very sensitive and filled with more blood during pregnancy and bleeds easily..

happened to me at 29wks and for peace of mind I went in to be checked and they monitored baby and all was well just said stress can do that but I would go in if you don't feel baby moving. I am 34 wks now and its been happening off and on when I do too much or have super high stress days
