Got my first Braxton hicks contraction and leg cramp all in one day at one time. I didn't know what was going on, I just laid there in silence like "is this it, is it happening?". 😂😂😂 I was more scared of how calm I was rather than the actual cramp and contraction.

How would I know if I am having contractions? Im a first time mom and I feel bad cramps, I feel pressure sometimes but I don't know how it would feel to have contractions or what counts as one. Any advice?
This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.

I've been having the Braxton hicks and I didn't even realize it until someone told what they are suppose to feel like. They feel weird to me.
