Is it normal for a pregnant with twins and high risk to have to wait til 1/3 of the way into 2nd trimester to see actual dr? Only reason we found out it was twins was because of a trip to er

The lady acknowledged that they knew but they're closed now. That'll put us at a day before the 15 wks

That's what I thought but they just called today to schedule first appt even though it's been two weeks since er. I understand holidays before we knew it was twins but I was high risk before that 4 miscarriages and high bp so yeah but this dr is supposedly the best for most of our state

I would pick another doctor 8 weeks is when they start to pregnant women your high risk with twins it should be sooner I believe
