Fenugreek pills, mothers milk tea, lots of oatmeal, water, and Gatorade! That's how I do it.

They make cookies you can try. they taste good but not sure how well they work because I had a hard time to begin with.

yes look up lactation creations they have all sorts of lactation products like cookies brownies and loaf breads.
