I'm 22 weeks today! My first baby and we couldn't be more excited! I'm having horrible pain in my right lower back/hip area... Any suggestions on how to relieve some of the pain?? I've tried everything I can think of!

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
I'm so ready to go into labor but I'm so scared of that pain 😩😩😩
Had my babies today, I'm in sooooo much pain. But I'm blessed. God please deliver me from this pain.
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
I do love the way people say you will know when your in labour and having contractions well I will be honest I didn't know and my pains weren't that severe till I was fully dilated I'm sure everyone has different pain levels
Have SO rub it, maybe a warm compress, also I've used icy hot type ointment. If continues talk to doctor it maybe sciatic nerve typical during pregnancy and can get a girdle for it.
