-Since I hit 35 weeks(36 & 3days now) he has dropped & my pelvic & vagina feel like it has been beaten up & bruised.I most can compare it to period cramps and aches but like 10 times worse.I don't ever get relief from it unless I take Tylenol then im just knocked out for a few hours & comes back as soon as I wake up.Any body know of another way to get relief?
Yoga ball, stretching (get on all fours and then lower your upper half down to the ground), warm (not hot) baths. Unfortunately this last stretch is the most uncomfortable:(
