are heating pads safe to use on high while pregnant?

the low setting it don't feel and the medium setting isn't doing much the high setting helps pain go away @genevievexxooxxoo

Do none of the lower settings give you any relief? Yes it should be fine I still take extremely hot baths lol just no more than 20 minutes at a time because it stops having a healing affect.

I have 2 shirts on and I have it on high is that's OK? @genevievexxooxxoo

just make sure you have a towel or shirt in between you and the heating pack and only 20 minutes max

Not on your belly but back is ok

I was told always on low, but I did high for short periods at a time.
