Probably wasn't my best idea walking into town when my SPD is this bad, literally can't move now 😭😭

I had that in my pregnancy I was on crutches 😣 it's sooo painful but I had such a relief after she was born she's now 5 weeks I'm still a bit sore but a lot better than I was hopefully you'll b a lot better wen you've had your baby xx

I know the feeling had it with all my pregnancies. my midwife referred me to physio when I was 13 weeks. now 18 and it's agony. was induced with my daughter @ 37 weeks because of it. xx

Got an appointment with the consultant tomorrow and my midwife has told me to demand to be induced because she's seen how badly its affected me @baby-2016 @t446 xx

@sophiegreen, my consultant decided to induce me 3 weeks early hopefully you hav baby a bit earlier x
