First baby I was young and unprepared--plus the pitocin was on a high drip, so I got it at a 3 or 4 cm, with my second baby I made it to a 7 and would of gone without if she wasn't transverse (sideways)

I got mine between 4 and 5, but my Dr said I could get it whenever I wanted depending on how fast my labor progressed.

I got mine at 8cm
