Actually got sick from my heartburn today as the rennie didn't work quick enough .... It was horrible but I felt instant…

@mrsripper, yeah it's fine during pregnancy. I think you can only have 6 tablets a day rather than 11 but I find once I take a couple I'm usually fine ss

It's horrible ain't it, getting me so down at the mo and seems to get getting worse as the weeks go on! X

@rach91, It was this morning I got sick at work, the minute I eat it then starts and it can be anything :( I live on rennie but gonna speak to midwife on Wednesday and see what she suggests. @duchess92 I haven't seen them but yeah I know the feeling peppermint is awful I can only take the spearmint rennie.

I have a lot of heartburn (mostly at night when laying down) with this pregnancy. I use the Asda own brand fruit flavoured antacids tablets. The peppermint makes me feel ill!

I had this the other day and was sick about 6 times....I find eating a lot earlier before bed helps and milk also! X

have some water after I always had to have a drink with it because it's so thick xx

Yeah peppermint flavour makes me heave anyway but as long as it's instant It may help thanks girls @lottiesmam @b.margyte

The taste is a bit icky but it helps !

gavisgon double action liquid was the only thing that saw me through I was getting through a big bottle a week xx

@nico7, baby doesn't like me chewing gum I instantly feel sick even at 24 weeks. ...... and @b.margyte I carry rennie everywhere and stash work bedside table,handbag kitchen but today I was just finishing my tablet and I couldn't hold it ..... so might have to give the liquid a go thanks xx

Gaviscon liquid the double action one i think its alled works almost instantly ! Im sure i carry a bottle in every bag 😂🙈
