is it okay to be super scared today? I go in the hospital around 6pm and I'm getting induced to have her on the 12th. First baby, and wondering is it okay to be scared or even nervous?

I was nervous and had huge anxiety. so yes it's perfectly okay !

I would say yes!! Say a prayer.. Remain calm and relaxed, remember that our emotions can cause panic and you will be ok! God is with you and is the true Doctor ☺️ just imagine your baby will be here in no time!

Okay honestly, am I the only one whose scared that they'll pass gas while pushing during delivery?

chefsurahh I feel like I have the strength, like the mentality to do it. But I've never experienced
heatherlou88 when I got my epidural I passed gas the whole time & didn't realize it was me

My morning started off so scary! My daughter rolled out of bed this morning! 🙈 I was so scared, thank god she's okay

Is it okay to drink one can of coke or dr. Pepper? I'm just scared because everyone says no to caffeine but I'm really craving some soda😭
