at the beginning not really. but at the end though it gets uncomfortable to sleep almost impossible to find a good position. you should try tea before bed.

sleep aid is perfectly fine doctor gives it to me for nausea

you can have sex unless. your doctor says not to. my poor SO wasn't getting any my entire first trimester. the thought of sex grossed me out for some reason. buy you can totally bump uglies, still.. lol
