This may be wrong of me but my little sisters friend who is only 14 had a baby about 2 months ago.

Since I've been watching her since yesterday, the mom has not been active with her daughter at all. When I leave the room, she gets fussy and cries. I enter the room, they hand her to me and she stops and smiles.

The mom doesn't put her phone down or anything when her daughter is crying.

She also doesn't check up on her what so ever.

It makes me like so sad.

There is nothing I can and I wish I could. 😳😳
