I eat it as well...lol I've never heard of so many rules of can and can't eats till I got pregnant... my son is growing nice and healthy still even with the occasional cesar salad! Haha

The only reason they don't want you to have it is the dressing... Ceasar dressing contains raw eggs, which if not stored properly can be at risk for salmonella. So as long as you're getting it from somewhere it's made fresh you're okay to eat it.
