So I've read a few times that you aren't supposed to take a hot bath with pregnant?.. is this true, if so, can you tell me why?!

i take a fairly warm bath almost everyday, your just not supposed to raise your core temperature above 100 degrees

You can, but if its hot dont be their for.longer then 10 min

the water can't be higher than 100 degrees, as long as you can get in the water and sit down without hesitating it should be fine. Also @mommybump2016 hot tubs aren't recommended but the same goes for them, no hotter than 100 degrees and only if your doctor says it's ok but you can only go in one for 10 minutes at a time, also I don't think there is anything wrong with a heating pad as long as it isn't at its highest setting. I've used one several times.

heating pads are ok as long as they're low. hot tubs/Jacuzzis, no. everything else you said is right @mommybump2016

I was told that if the shower/bath is so hot it turns your skin pink/red it's too warm, and it's because it changes your core temp. which in turn affects your baby's temp, and you can use a heating pad on low, also I was told hot tubs are okay as long as they're a certain degree.

you can take a hot bath just not really hot. it'd because the temp. of your baby can go up and its bad to get over heated like that. they also say to stay away from heating pads and hot tubs. (someone correct me if I'm wrong),
