I am 30 weeks is it normal to feel like somebody is trying to kick your hips out of place been having a lot of hip and back pain

definitely normal, it's your body spreading to make room for the baby, I'm almost 35 weeks and it hurts like hell! 😩 ftm

Is hip pain normal in the last few months of pregnancy in the mornings? Usually I only get it in one hip or the other.
