it's snowing outside. and my daugther was dying to go out put im kinda on the fence about it.she's 13 months old and weighs 16 pounds. im afraid she's gonna get sick and her bieng at risk I'm not sure wat to do! do i let her be a kid in the snow. or do i coup her up in the house

I would bundle her up & let her play a little bit, not too long though!
