Does anyone know if breastfed babies get diaper rashes? My lo is ebf and she hasn't gotten one yet…

My son got diaper rashes already. But slight rashes. Started to put desitin on it.👌🏻

Sometimes. My daughter got them not often but sometimes. Your baby could be lucky. It really depends on the baby's skin

Could it be because of my diet? I don't really eat a lot of acidic or spicy foods.

@anap1012, it could be. Mostly it has to do with how sensitive baby's skin is. My daughters skin is pretty sensitive so she can get rashes easily. I've noticed tho now that she's not pooping as much she isn't getting as many rashes

@santistevanmommie, Yeah true.. I guess my daughter skin isn't that sensitive. But I guess I'll find out when she starts eating solids :p

Yeah that can change things as well. But as long as you have good rash cream it'll be alright. (:

I put vaseline on my sons bottom whenever i change him. The diaper and poo wont stick. We havent had a rash yet

If you want to go all natural coconut oil is great for a baby's bottom and everywhere else! I put it on my girl (7 weeks and ebf) and she hasnt had one. But she does shart a lot and it keeps her from getting red

just use your breastmilk on diaper rashes, best thing for it :-)
