if you make and appointment with your gp they will prescribed you something strong than things you can buy of the shelf. I suffered really bad with it through 90% of my pregnancy. little man is 2 weeks old and touch wood I've not have it since 😆 @elouu1993

Ask your doctor! I'm on Omeprazole for heartburn and it's working a treat! No longer suffering at all! (And it's safe for momma and baby) x

Someone once recommended Bicarbonate soda to me, not tried it but apparently works a treat xx

I'm taking gaviscon ,the one u have to chew ,it's disgustingly sweet and full of peppermint flavour but it does help 😃 @elouu1993
