I'm so bad at remembering to take my prenatals , I go some days without taking it and then I take it again is that bad?…

i chose not to take prenatals and my baby is as healthy as can be ! its okay to miss days

create a timer on your phone for the same time everyday

See it asks you every day and gives you information. ( I haven't done mine yet. )

Don't forget to check the box right when you take your vitamins and if you can't remember go back to the app and check.

@amandalynnmarie, There is the app called glow nature it has a box to mark if you've taken them. I recommend that app for you. It'd help a lot!

maybe leave them out l, or put them next to something you do everyday like brushing your teeth :) i was really bad but I got the gummies and left them in the bathroom

Just take them when you remember @amandalynnmarie Don't stress about it. Try to set a alarm at night time before the time you usually go to bed or around dinner time so you can take them with dinner or something like that :-)

@rainbow_mommys2021, I don't double up I'm only supposed to take them once a day but sometimes I forget and don't take them at all that day 😞 lol

same here I always forget nd I tell my bf to remind me as well and he forgets to tell me to and when I finally take them hes just like "oh woow ur barely taking them" he gets me mad sometimes lol

Do not double up!! take it when you remember and the day after, my Dr said not to double up bec it could be dangerous for the baby.
