I am a mom of a 2 year old and just found out I'm pregnant while on the IUD mirena. Doctor's don't seem to be to concerned but I'm still nervous! Looking for some support and mommy friends who are or have experienced this.

my dr told me the longer its in it can cause a ectopic pregnancy so he didn't want to risk it. and i got a refund on my iud cause obviously that shit was flawed lol

@tracymonroe, they're planning to take it out at 14 weeks, they said its to early to do now. glad to know that there is someone who made it that far with a mirena baby.

i got pregnant on a iud. take it out immediately. but im at 32 weeks now soo goodluck mama

My doctor tried to remove mine three times. He said the longer you go with it in the worse it is on the baby. However, mine isn't coming out until I deliver. It's too close to the baby and removal means I will miscarry. I am 16 weeks so no one will take a chance.
