If whatever infection I have that goes with my mutant green discharge turns out to be really bad,…

mines was a very light green discharge my midwife did some swabs but she said it looked like yeast and bacterial vaginosis. I'm hoping that's all it is :/

she just swabbed me Thursday I'm waiting for labs I wish they'd let me know faster

depends on what the infection is truly, but typically they will treat with antibiotics and be fine..

Im just getting so close to my due date I could go into labor at anytime now that I'm 37 weeks and if it's not fully treated or if they drag their feet I'm worried about what the outcome might be because I read that it could be extremely harmful to my baby and even cause miscarriage and I'm too far to experience that I'm too close to being able to hold her:(.. @aphrodite2014

@maceysmommy, first stop googling it's bad haha especially if you don't know what your looking at. the only way for it get to the point of fetal death is if you didn't have prenatal care.. your doctor's might decide to hold on on something but they won't put you or the baby in danger. I'd just express your concern at your appointments and make sure they address your concerns with a plan of action.. you should be fine if your 37 your far enough away from having baby that it can be treated and everything will be fine

@maceysmommy, I think they can give you antibiotics through your iv before pushing out baby. I'm not in any pain I just feel very gross I have to constantly take a bath and wear pads because of it. I took a trip to the e.r but they were trying to give me pills and shots for something I may have and I didnt want to I wanted to know for sure I had it so I waited like 4 days went to my midwife and she did swabs

Oh okay well thank you, I'm in agonizing pain everyday for the past 4 weeks and I had a UTI that I was treated for at the within the first week of the pain but the pain never stopped but my Dr sure as hell stopped caring it's like I don't even have prenatal care I'm just super pissed at my doctor right now @isaacsmommytx
