I'm in same situation as you too! got a step daughter and step son and carrying my first little boy :)
so excited!
first got with my partner 2 years ago, I'm now 22yrs aswel! :) Xx

Heya hun x thank you 😊 luckily the vitamin I've been taking for a year is the exact amount I need lol its like everything has just set itself up ready for this. only had a full medical 2 months ago and a full blood test 1 month ago x ❤❤ so excited haha x
