I work at a dentist office. Your completely fine getting braces put on like the girls above said though make sure you let them know you are pregnant. they do take x-rays before and after braces and I would recommend regular teeth cleanings while on braces and pregnant. your gums tend to bleed more and can get infections easier because of the extra amount of blood the body is producing because of the baby 😊👍🏼
no I have them on like she says just let them know your pregnant because they do a couple xrays . also you're obgyn usually wants you to get dentist checks especially if you have braces just to be safe there is no infection . =) I love my braces

I had braces and had them taken off its completely fine just let them know you're pregnant because they do have to do xrays of your teeth
