anyone have suggestions for heartburn? nothing helping, not even antiacids. it doesnt matter what i eat, or when, or how often, mostly get it later in the day.

Don't lie down for an hour after you eat, only lie on your left side, and avoid acidic and spicy things. It's gonna come no matter what but these things should make it more tolerable. People will tell you eat mustard or drink milk but it's honestly just something you have to deal with until you have the baby. Try asking your dr if they can prescribe you something. I've been taking nexium since I was 13 weeks and I still get it almost every day but not even half as bad as I used to.

ask your doctor next time about Zantac or nexium it's worked wonders for me
