Yes way different my 1st pregnancy I was sick all the time, couldn't really eat anything. 2nd pregnancy was with twins was sick once in awhile, but I was able to eat a lot more. This is my 3rd pregnancy and some mornings I feel so sick others I dont, but I am usually able to eat whatever I want.
