have a question I can not drink milk it makes me sick will calcium vitamins hurt my baby

u should have them in ur prenatal

try eating some of these.

set them where u have 2 c them or set an alarm on ur phone

If you dont like the taste of those you can always make smoothies with it and just add fruits and stuff to mask it

Have you tried lactose free milk or adding it to things like smoothies? You still need your vitamins but the extra calcium would definitely help

Calcium vitamins will definitely not hurt your baby. Most prenatals have calcium in them. But, most doctors recommend an additional calcium supplement during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
