whats better for your first time being preggers when it comes to giving birth?!? epidural or natural unmedicated. Im due march 23rd so i have time to choose if i want it or not.
It really depends on what you feel most comfortable with.. A natural birth is always best for mom and baby as long as there is no risks but not everyone can handle it which is ok. This is my first and I'm planning an natural water birth, I don't want the epidural because then I won't be able to use the pool but if the pain is too much I know I have that option but I have faith in myself. Unfortunately the hospital wont let me deliver in the water so I have to get out to push which will suck but it's better than nothing.
okay, thanks.
Im getting closer to my due date so im a bit nervous lol im hoping its not too painful and @shakirars is this your first baby I heard first babies take longer to come out but everyones diffrent and always take deep breaths and stay calm. congrats btw! are you having a boy or girl
it's my first I'm choosing natural birth but am having a sleep Med that helps u
The only time I experienced pain was when I was getting impatient and decided to get out of the tub during transition. Bad idea. Soon as I got back in the pain went away and it was time to push. I felt a small amount of burning while she was making her way down and out but no pain. And I didn't push, I let my body do it.
I did a natural water birth and used self hypnosis that I practiced for several weeks pervious, with my first baby and loved it so shooting for the same with this one.
What I'm saying is these weeks passing are so long
