As long as it is just a tiny bit and not enough to soak a pad or panty liner you're okay! I had no spotting but crazy cramps at the beginning of my pregnancy I thought I would get my period.

I had this and it ended up being a subchorianic hemorrhage. If it's not too heavy, I wouldn't be worried though, I was bleeding 'old blood' for a few weeks before they decided to do an ultrasound.

It is I had that also but it went away quickly within the day it's old blood according to my doctor but if it's bright red after some point I'd be concerned

If your really worried call your doctor, but spotting and cramps are deffinatly normal.
