My fiancée understands, but he still doesn't seem to really get it you know? I can't even go number 2 in peace without him calling out to me that he needs help....it's like damn, can't I get like FIVE FRIGGIN MINUTES to take a dump?? Haha sorry tmi but shiiit, he sits in there for like an hour going to the bathroom and showering (he's a bit obsessive with that, has to shower after every dump lol) but I try and take five minutes to go and brush my damn teeth and just feel HUMAN in the morning and NOPE lol

@hellosweetie, that's literally how it is for me!! He'll be in the bathroom for an hour playing on his phone and what not. He'll play his video games when he gets home, but if I go make food, or go to the bathroom or anything he freaks out and doesn't know how to handle the baby and calm him down. It's so annoying. Like currently I'm sitting on our bed with the baby in one arm feeding him while I'm trying to eat my dinner and my boyfriend is sitting here playing games. 😶

Hahaha omg right?? My fiancée works weird hours too so he'll be sleeping most of the day away after work and I'll be like, can you just hold her for FIVE MINUTES while I eat something?? And he'll sleep for like 10 hours and complain he's tired and I'm over here working off 5 😂 omg I love him and respect him for working to take care of us but I need a break too sometimes or I'll go CRAZY! Like my girl is the light of my life but sometimes mama needs to take a breather....I don't get paid for working 24/7 as mom!

I feel ya Mommas. My husband works early in the morning and I never wake him up at night to help, but when he takes him for a little bit, he's constantly giving him to me for a few minutes to go do stuff. I just wish he understood that sometimes you just have to suck it up and keep holding him.

omg yesss! my husband doesnt get it either! he only sees her a couple of hours a day...& says how fun & easy she is...dont get me wrong shes fun..but i barely get to eat or brush my teeth! last night he got home & she was content in her swing....i go to brush my teeth & wash my face & he starts yelling from the other room how much longer ill be. like bro give me 30 seconds to myself! puh-lease!

@meganeileen6, oh my goodness yes! I'm not even able to take a shower more than 5 minutes anymore! But he'll be in the shower for 20 minutes and listen to music, I'm just like well that must be super nice. Don't get me wrong I appreciate everything he does because he puts a roof over our head but come on I need some help too 😕
