omfg what is my life coming to I finally got the last name of my landlord after forgetting it and hes a registered sex offender incident happens with a child what if he's looking at my boys wtf do I do!!! he can't he be a landlord because of that right? wtf now I'm paranoid what if he has this place wired with cameras and what not what a sicko I'm so scared no wonder he never has rent receipts and no wonder why the filing leave we signed had a copy sign stamped very lightly across from his what the actual fuck seriously what would you do what should I do !! help please! he is friendly with my kids I never let him alone though with him thank god obviously step one look for apt and move but what's our excuse to leave early with out eviction

I'd obviously move out, but try not tripping too much.. sometimes people get registered as a sex offender for something that was taken out of context or they lost the court case at least that's what I think. but I'd move out anyway.

No he can't be a landlord. If he's a registered sex offender he isn't suppose to be around children!!

@hayhayes1, that may be true in most cases but this many us very sketchy now I see why,although that. an happen I doubt he would be registered for life if there wasn't enough proof or evidence ,and yes of course move but my lease isn't up so idk what we would even tell him as to why were leaving he can't be a landlord idt but if he can that can get us an evition we don't need

I would think that him not disclosing that VITAL info would be grounds enough to be able to leave. I'd contact a lawyer about it ASAP!
