@mili203, I know people like coworkers but once I got pregnant and was "out of their hair" my boss hasn't even contacted me since the beginning of October. And I don't have close friends or people I go out and hang with. -shrugs-

My mom did this to me, she invited people from work. All of my family came and so did his family. You can invite his family and make it a co-ed baby shower

Moes ceinfall, his family owns their own company so pulling them away is hard due to their schedules. As far as my family, my moms the only close one. Everyone else (sister and grandparents) is an hour away and between school and their jobs there's really no good time frame to plan anything. I'd be fine if she didn't point out all that still needs to be done. I'm already stressed over it all as it is.

@orphanpuppy, I'm sorry, I was thinking maybe it could be done on a weekend and have people take a day off for you, this is what families do.

I'm with you! We just moved out here an I don't know anyone and all my friends and family are on the opposite side of the country! :(
