yes and sometimes water don't help for me. Gatorade has been my best friend.

yeasssssssss.... n they tell u to take small sips so u dont get nauseous.... i cant sip i guzzle especially ice freezing cold water

I hate it at night. I get up to pee every hour and I get up so thirsty as well so I pee and then drink a whole bottle of water... And it's a cycle!!!

Yes and it always happens right before bed and I always end up waking up all night to pee lol
