My doctors appointment yesterday has made my anxiety so much worse. I'm 34 weeks so they scheduled what was supposed to be my last ultra sound and they found out I have an abnormally big child for the amount of weeks I am, he weighs almost 7 pounds already so they have to closely monitor his weight. I have another ultrasound at 36 weeks and then another at 38 weeks. Let's hope he doesn't gain too much weight so that I dont have to have a c section :/

Have faith in your body woman have been having babies for all of time but if it comes down that you need to have a csection its best for you and LO and as long as our babies come into this world safe and healthy I know we will be happy but I'll be sending good vibes your way ☺️
Oh okay yeah that makes sense, I just have other health problems too so my doctors worried that my body won't be able to handle giving birth vaginally to a big baby. I also only weighed 115 before I got pregnant so I'm pretty petite
Don't stress I'm 35 weeks just went for a growth sono yesterday baby boy is 7pbs and measuring larger than over 90% of other babies some of us just have big babies also my doctor said they won't schedule a csection until he reaches 4500 grams which is 9.92lbs so don't worry I'm just telling myself maybe because he's bigger he's preparing to come out a little sooner than expected I have another growth sono in three weeks so I'm in the same boat as you girl
Just make sure that you mention your concerns to her about being caught off guard with labor. She's there to help make sure you're ready. And you're very welcome :)
@lostinct82mj, Yeah she told me she would do a pelvic exam at 36 weeks! Thank ya for talking to me about it tho, makes me feel a little better :)
Maybe have your doctor start checking your cervix to see how you're coming along? I think that's the best bet to make sure there isn't any surprise baby. :) best wishes honey.

It's ok to be nervous :) just remember that too much stress is not good for you right now. Are you doing weekly visits?
Yeah my doctor said it was a possibility that my due date is off I'm just nervous because I go to school so I don't want to go into labor randomly when I'm there haha
Your dates might just be off and you may be further along. My son was born at 35 weeks at 7 lbs 4 oz. All they could come up with is that he was further along than they thought. :) don't fret just yet Mama. Xox
