34 weeks and menstrual like cramps is it normal?

I think I've gotten them too it's really uncomfortable not necessarily painful (at least not to me) the belly gets rock hard. but the cramping is different than that @theirmommy_2

@happyliz, honestly idk how to explain it, its just painful and its all over your belly, belly i forgot how they felt

@happyliz, it can be but it just depends. especially cause every pregnancy is different.

braxton Hicks are the contractions preparing your body for the full blown real thing.

yeah I get those too. braxton hicks are contractions, just a bit different. full blown contractions usually are a lot stronger and they hurt a lot worst. they come more frequent and stay for longer periods of time each time they come.

@vero_ivan, i dont think their braxton hicks, ive had them and these just feel like cramps on my pelvic area

If you are concerned I'd talk to your dr. Everyone is different! You know? I'd talk to your dr if I were you. Not that I would no if it bad or good. Lol. I have never been pregnant but my sister has & each pregnancy was different.. You know? So if talk to your dr bcz being safe then sorry!

yes it is normal... they are braxton hicks contractions. they are preparing you for labor.

any other signs I should be aware of? sorry first pregnancy. Also it's getting uncomfortable to walk sometimes and it kinda hurts down there.

Might be a sign of labor trying to kick in
