Girl yes especially the stuff his family buys ! There not gifts for you or him there for the baby and since y'all are not together this may be the only time they support you so take that stuff and everything and get it all nice and organized for your baby and you can always send the baby with outfits or diapers or clothes if you wanted too when they have visitation

yes your the one who's mainly going to have the baby so your going to need most of the stuff anyways , if he feels like he should get the stuff from his family well then he should probably have one on his own but in my opinion I think you should keep it all
