mommas I'm 2cm dilated and 80% effaced. I was having contractions all night last night but they weren't consistent or too painful. when would be a good time to go to the hospital to get checked and see if I can stay there? I'm scared I won't notice the signs and I'll dilate too far because that happened to my aunt
Is this too much? I'm a FTM looking for a weekly date night babysitter... So I was wondering if I'm being ridiculous with how I want to do this.
How do you know if you are dilated? Does your water have to break so you can be dilated? I'm 38 weeks and I still don't feel labor stuff lol

I think contractions are supposed to be 4 minutes apart for active labor. But I think they will admit you with 5-6 minutes apart, if constant

Always call or go up there if the pain is too much though!!! They are there to help and check on you :)

depending how far you live from the hospital depends how far your contractions should be apart.
