Good Morning, mamas.
So, for the past two days I have been experiencing these crazy hot flashes and sweating profusely out of nowhere. Its disgusting and there is nothing I can do to stop it. The air (central air) is on 73 in my house and we have ceiling fans Im sitting directly under, practically naked, and it doesn't help. Drinking cold water doesn't help. I looked it up - and apparently, its normal. NOT looking forward to dealing with this for the remainder of the time I'm pregnant 😣 http://www.whattoexpect.com/pregnancy/sweating

@domxtwo, Im so sorry you're going through this as well. Its terrible! It takes an hour or so for my body to regulate its temp and to stop sweating. It's quite annoying 😕

I'm goin thru the same thing my AC is set on 70 n I got the cealing fan on high and another fan by the bed on high n I still wake up sweating ugh it sucks so bad
