It's fine. People say it's harmful but my mom, and my grandma dyed their hair all through their pregnancies. As well as both my sister's. I'm in my third trimester, and I have dyed my hair a few times too. As long as you don't lock yourself in an unventilated room with chemicals and no air, you'll be okay. The best hair dye I have found is John Frieda foam dye. It doesn't have that overwhelming smell of chemicals like other hair dye.
You can safely dye your hair during pregnancy. You can get the ammonia free hair dye that doesn't smell so strong. Be in a well venerated area. I would always stay outside tell it was time to wash.
@iburmontes, I understand. it's honestly whatever you are comfortable with. but honestly, I have dyed my hair a few times and I have a perfectly healthy little boy growing inside of me. Studies show that the chemicals aren't really strong enough to go from your scalp to your baby. But like I said, you have to do what's best for you. :)
