yes do not worry.. keep pumping and breastfeeding. it is only your 3rd day. Keep up your water intake

I personally wouldn't suggest drinking, your milk probably just came in, it's common to be a little at first! the more you pump routinely the more you'll produce

you can drink a beer the yest in beer help or you can take these pills call fenugreek
