soreness from vaginal delivery sucks!! looks like I'll be sitting on ice packs for the next week!! how long did it take you mommies to get over the swelling and soreness??

I had to sit on my daughter's boppy pillow for like the first week because it hurt so bad to sit flat on anything. lol I think it finally got better around 2wks I started feeling somewhat normal down there.

@hughess9720, I don't remember the soreness too much so it must have not been TOO bad. either that or I was just so overwhelmed by my baby I just blocked it out!

thanks guys!! ice packs help a lot!! I didn't tear but they said I got road rash as they called it so I had some mild swelling!!
