How are you doing ladies? Had my c section last Sunday 3rd, and I have to say that it's really tough , Iam kind of mobilizing a bit but it feels just weird and difficult , u feel as if the wound will open. Anyone experienced that before? Iam very emotional as well and crying for anything my husband says or comments even its nothing bad. I have nightmares as well , is all this normal?
Thank you so much @bee1979 @babyboots your comments made me feel better

Xxx
hun it's completely normal to feel like that.
i was the same was very emotional and felt abit useless. take it easy it will get better.
i started to feel normal ish around 5 weeks.
take your time and don't beat yourself up if you can't do something.
I was very sensitive to what anyone would say.
Try and stay positive but remember your body has been through a lot and hormones are still all over the place.
Hope you feel better soon.xxx

Birth Plan Rant
I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?

Well here 'she' is haha! My lil Bub is growing perfectly and I feel so blessed.
😙😘😍 @may23
