Im going on day 4 of a missed period and have a 4 month old is it just cause pp hormones ? Ive taken 2 pregnancy tests and both came out negative

okay cause when I had her I bled till basically October had two periods in october and was regular till this month

If you've already had a pp period then it could just be your body trying to get back to normal . The first few aren't the same as they would normally be. So it might come late. If you think your pregnant then I'd wait a little longer to test if it doesn't come within the next week
