pretty sure I'm having contractions but I'm not sure at the same time... there's loads of pressure in my downstairs and my back keeps having pain that comes and goes

Totally. Having that right now too. Since 9....but it's nothing consistent :/

I get intense pain that goes away but in between the intense spikes of pain it still feels crampy but not as bad if that makes sense. @kmally

That's how it is for me too! It's annoying because I don't know how to time it, it's a constant cramping feeling 😩
