I thought we couldn't take baths while pregnant ... was I lied to ??

in the first trimester if the water is really hot it can be bad, but I'm at 32 weeks doing fine and have been taking Epsom Salt and Coconut Oil baths the whole time. In fact, the Epsom salt is supposed to be good for their neural development and the coconut oil is wonderful for your skin and hair. plus all of those help with the pain and nausea

you can just not hot hot ones. as long as your body temp doesnt rise over 120 for longer than 10mins at a time.

Short Luteal Phase?
