@amandalynnmarie, it's actually perfectly safe to get your nails done as long as the salon is well ventilated. I still took precautions and stayed away until I was 30 weeks along to start doing them again though. Plus, I only get a pedicure and gel - no acrylics (:
@aidensmommy, no acrylics are not bad just hold more fumes as opposed to a regular manicure or gel. Honestly I know tons of pregnant women that got acrylics. I think you're totally safe (: if you want to take super precaution - wear the face mask.

so acrylics are bad? what if I wear like a face mask so I don't breathe in the fumes? I wanted to get mine done for my shower.
