I believe it's time for a conversation. To try and figure out why he won't touch you. Maybe he's not ready for another baby. Maybe other options, but I would try to stay positive and just try to talk it out..

Not sure. I don't know of he don't want another baby or if it's me in general. or if there is someone else. it's been like this for a while.
